1. Information We Collect
When you use Rewrise, we process the data you explicitly provide:
- CSV files you upload for analysis and optimization.
- Settings you configure (AI provider, language, store URL) stored locally in your browser via localStorage.
We do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or payment details. No account is required to use our service.
2. How We Use Your Data
Uploaded CSV files are processed in real-time to scan for Google Merchant policy violations, rewrite product titles using your chosen AI provider, and strip image metadata. Once processing is complete, the original file is deleted from our servers.
We do not sell, share, or retain your product data beyond the processing session.
3. API Keys
API keys (OpenAI, Gemini, Shopify, Dropbox) are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. They are sent to our server only during active processing requests and are never logged, stored, or shared.
4. Data Retention
Processed CSV files are stored temporarily for download purposes and are automatically purged. We do not maintain long-term databases of your product data.
5. Third-Party Services
When you configure an AI provider, your product data is sent to that provider (OpenAI or Google Gemini) for processing according to their respective privacy policies. We recommend reviewing:

All data transmission occurs over HTTPS. We implement standard security measures to protect data during processing. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
