By accessing or using Rewrise ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Rewrise is a product feed optimization tool that helps Shopify merchants fix Google Merchant Center disapprovals. The Service analyzes CSV product exports, checks for policy compliance, rewrites product titles using AI, strips image metadata, and provides a cleaned output file.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content of the CSV files you upload.
- You must provide your own API keys for AI services (OpenAI, Gemini) and integrations (Shopify, Dropbox).
- You agree not to upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your product data, CSV files, and any content processed through the Service. Rewrise does not claim any rights to your data.
The Rewrise platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Rewrise and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed.
5. API Key Usage
When you provide API keys for third-party services, those keys are used solely for processing your requests. We do not store, log, or share your API keys. You are responsible for any charges incurred by your AI provider as a result of using the Service.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rewrise is not liable for:
- Product disapprovals that persist after processing.
- Data loss during upload or processing.
- Charges from third-party AI providers.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Scrape or copy the Service's content or design.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
